blogs are dead and nobody is going to read this…

If anyone were asking me for advice on whether or not they should start a blog in (near) 2025, I’d give a resounding “not if you expect anyone to read it.”

Yet here we are.

My first blog post.

And maybe I am here for exactly that reason. Shouting into the void? Just having a place to share what I am excited about? Probably all of the above.

Okay- so here’s my schtick, elevator-pitch style:

I gave my life to Christ at the age of 35, I’ve been radically transformed and forever changed. After 4 years, I still can’t get enough- I’m hooked. And until now, I think I have still been trying to cram who I am now in a mold created for who I was.

As I tell all of my small business clients before they hit “publish” on their first Instagram post: “Nobody is going to see it.” Because, sometimes that’s what we need to tell ourselves to have the courage to do anything besides nothing.

But then we ask ourselves: “What if the right person DOES see it, and it was exactly what they needed at that moment?”

So I guess that’s what I am doing here: documenting my “rebranded life” in a way that hopefully feels interesting, contagious, maybe even a little cringy (depending on where you happen to be on your own journey), and that’s okay.

I’m just glad you’re here. Not reading this at all.
